Each hand forged blade is surface ground before and after heat treating, each blade is heat treated in a molten salt bath, martempered, frozen in liquid nitrogen, and triple tempered for a final hardness of 62-63 HRC. Tim Zowada hand hones each razor prior to shipment, thus assuring the delivery of a "shave ready" razor.
