This Genuine Snakewood handled Straight Razor celebrates the Beauty found in Nature that could never be equaled by man. Each Natural Exotic Wood handle is a true one-of-a-kind. Completely Sealed against moisture, the scales are separated by a Gold Plated Spacer and assembled using one Flush Mounted Polished Nickel Fastener and a standard pin.
The blade begins as a Forged Surgical Stainless Steel blank that is then Ice Tempered for Hardness. Next a Master Craftsman shapes and grinds it into a 5/8 Hollow Ground semi-finished blade. It's finishing is completed by Brand Stamping the shank front and rear, and adding a 2-Color 24k Gold Etched Brand to the front of the Blade. Finally it gets it's mirrorlike polishing and sharpening.
