This traditional and masculine design is one of Dovo's most popular models. The handle is crafted from a very convincing faux tortoise shell and inlaid with the Dovo logo in sterling silver. Well balanced to the blade, the handle offers exceptional hand control and a comfortable shave.
The blade begins as a forged high-carbon steel blank that is then tempered for hardness. Next a master craftsman shapes and grinds it into a 6/8 inch wide, full-hollow ground blade. In the finishing process, file jimps are added to the upper and lower sides of the shank. Shank is then brand-stamped on the front and the back. Finally, the razor is sharpened and mirror polished.
