These Genuine Ebony handled Straight Razors are a perfectly matched pair. Ideal as a gift or for presentation since they include engraved monograming of up to three letters of your choice on the Sterling Silver Plate which is inlaid into the front of the handle. The razors come nestled in their own hard-sided case, constructed of Mahogany-ColoredTop Grain Leather and Nickel Plated Frame, Hinge, and Hardware. The interior is lined with a handsome brown-checked Fabric and Matching Leather Band.
The razor's blades begin as Forged High Carbon Steel blanks that are then Tempered for Hardness. Next a Master Craftsman shapes and grinds them into 5/8 Hollow Ground semi-finished blades. Their finishing is completed by adding File Jimps to the underside of the shanks, Brand Stamping the shanks front and rear, and adding a 24k Gold Etched Brand to the front of the Blades. Finally they get their final polishing and sharpening.
