The Razor
This All Stainless Steel Straight Razor is as close to "Maintenance Free" as you can get! Made of Special Swedish Stainless Steel, the handle is then Brushed to a Satin Finish and mated to its blade. We then have the blade presharpened for you by our sharpening service.
The blade begins as a Forged Surgical Stainless Steel blank that is then Ice Tempered for Hardness. Next a Master Craftsman shapes and grinds it into a 5/8 Hollow Ground semi-finished blade. Its finishing is completed by adding File Jimps to the underside of the shank, Brand Stamping the shank front and rear, and adding a 24k Gold Etched Brand to the front of the Blade. Finally it gets it's final polishing and sharpening at the manufacturer.
Every bit of the many generations of experience that went into this razor's making is immediately evident when you hold it in your hand. And rest assurred - It will provide the finest shave possible for many generations to come.
The Brush

The Stand
Constructed with a contemporary design made of Solid Stainless Steel Stock , this stand is more than equal to the task. The openings will accomodate virtually all popular straight razors and brushes.
Do not confuse this Quality Stand with the cheap welded wire and chrome plated models which are widely available. This stand is to stands what the Hummer is to jeeps!
