The Thiers Issard Silver Wing Limited Edition Razor

 Made from the best Steel available today, this numbered razor and box commemorates the new forging dies and new Carbonsong C135 Carbon Steel from Thiers France.

The new Carbonsong steel has a carbon content previously unequaled resulting in a Rockwell hardness of 64-65, and delivering a superior edge and a beautiful mirror finish.

To highlight this gorgeous surface, Thiers has left off all markings on the blade hollow.  The forging dies have been completely reworked with subtle improvements made throughout the blade, resulting in a superior grind and a thinner,  better cutting edge.

 Each of the 300 pieces of this special commemorative series is graced with handsome Cocobolo (Dalbergia Retusa) scales and each is numbered on the Silverwing inlay.

The presentation box is of Black Perlwood, tripled lacquered, with a clever magnetic lid and commemorative Silverwing numbered inlay.
