This very affordable Feather Double-Edge Razor is more than up to the task of providing you with a great shave at a great price. The combination of modern polymers, durable stainless steel and chrome-plated brass all contribute to the enjoyment of using this razor for a long time to come.

The razor combines perfect balance with an extra-long, non-slip plastic handle that provides both secure handling and easy maneuverability. The resulting shave quality is nothing short of surprising.

This razor uses standard, double-edge blades that can be easily loaded through the "missile silo" or "butterfly" doors on the shave head.  And there's no razor disassembly required!

The Feather Double-Edge Razor comes in its own clamshell case that can be used for storage or travel. It also includes two (2) Feather "Hi Stainless" blades to get you started.  Feather blade refills (recommended) are available separately.

Well, I will have to say after 3 Blade changes, and 15 / 20 Shaves I have gotten used to the $20 Dollar Unit pretty much. Pretty much got the Angle down now, (See Above Review) Shave is closer now the learning curve thing is about passed. Using same shave Cream, Cremo and also Trying Proraso and must say they are Very Smooth Shaves with each one. Gotta Pay Attention to moving to quickly I have learned so as to Avoid a Nick, Blades are Extremely Sharp, Feather Hi Stainless, and will last thru a Good 7 to 10 Shaves. When changed out you can tell the Blade was loosing it, new Blade just Glides thru a pretty heavy growth. For the $20 it is an "OK" Razor, Hey it's Plastic.. I will upgrade to a Higher end Razor when Cash allows. Overall, not bad at all. Just wonder how the @200.00 COBRA is. Is it Really that much advanced that the $180.00 is worth it? Don't know that answer. Once again, Happy Shaving, and Keep it Close.

Well, I got this 1 Day ago, soooo, I thought I would Give it a Try. I am attempting to change from A Mach 5, that I have spent numerous $$ On cartridges for and am Used to shaving with it I should add. First, the Angle was weird (understandable), 2nd, Finding the Angle and keeping it was a little Difficult (understandable). I was able to get a "Good Shave" and made 2 Passes to Try to get some stubble left behind, I am using CREMO Shave CREAM, Pagna Pre Shave Oil, and a NEW Classic Shaving Brush (Super Badger) Real Nice Brush. All in ALL, not a Bad Shave, but I will need some Practice I Guess. For the $$, it's not Bad, However after talking to the Classic Shave Folks, for the $20 it just Isn't a GREAT RAZOR! I Get a Closer Shave with the Mach 5, but again, I am used to it. So, another 10 Shaves or so and I will Review this Razor again just to be Fair about it. At this Point, I must say, I hope it's me and not the Razor. Only Time will tell. I also have a Little Stinging Sensation on my neck afterwards and a Tiny Nick on my Chin. Till Next Review, Happy Shaving. Keep it Close. Ken.

I got one for my father-in-law, for his anniversary gift. Can't wait to see his reaction. He is really interested in getting one, after I told him about my straight edge razor. Got him some blades for it. Really really inexpensive. You really notice a difference in shave and cost. Also is perfect for those who are used to the modern razor such as the Gillette Proglide, and afraid to try to use the straight razor.

"Great Razor"

I became tired of spending a fortune on blades for the so-called modern razors (Mach 3's, etc.). I looked for a long time for a classic safety razor like my dad and grandfather had. I found that no stores seemed to carry them, although you could purchase safety razor blades. I was fortunate enough to find this site and purchased this razor. That was 5 years ago and it has yet to disappoint.

"Great entry level safety razor"

I had been using electrics and then went to disposable razors for a closer shave. When that wasn't doing the trick I started looking at safety razors. I didn't want to spend a bunch of money on one because I didn't know how it would work. Over a year later I won't go back. This is a good, comfortable no frills razor and with the right blades it works well.
