Height: 3 1/8 inches

Weight: 2.8 oz

After years of customer requests for a chubby/stocky/squatty style razor, we exhausted the market searching for something chunky and hefty enough for our burly wet-shavers and finally decided to manufacture our own. We're happy to introduce the new Classic Brand Stubby Double-Edged Safety Razor, designed to satisfy the most discriminating of DE safety razor shavers. Weighing in at 2.8 oz. and with an overall length of 3 1/8 " inches, this thing is a beast. It truly exhibits the wet-shaving commandment "Let the razor do the work". Simply hold this heavy tool against the face while shaving. The weight of the instrument will glide through the whiskers with no need to add pressure or "force" the shave. The blade-gap in the closed-comb head has been engineered to be especially non-aggressive and will give you a close, comfortable shave.

Blades sold separately and not included with this model, please remember to choose a pack prior to checkout!

      excellent safety razor choice

Two weeks in and it feels great in the hands and on the face. The extra weight makes shaving effortless once you adjust to the shorter size and beefier handle. Perfect travel razor also. Interesting that the bottom unscrews but that's not how blades are changed. Highly recommend.

Classic Stubby Razor DE Safety Razor Review

It is a fantastic item and works as well as advertised. Very close shave but smooth. Great price and thanks for offering it for sale. Very easy to use but changing the blade does take a little longer than disposable-and a little more common sense. It looks like it should last many years-very well and solidly built.

Just the best, I had used you butterfly razor, it was OK, but when I switchedd to the STUBBY, I was amazed at the different feel of the razor, better control, much better cleaning, than the butterfly razor. I only use your feather blades, makes a great combo, and one great shave.

      Great Shave for the money.

I recently changed over to a DE razor from the disposable type due to chronic ingrown hairs and skin irritation. I started with a medium weight (1.85Oz) butterfly long handle and the non aggressive shave was pretty good. I wanted a little more weight and aggressiveness so I bought the stubby and after one shave I can tell you this razor's shave comes close to a high priced straight razor with a good edge. I admit I did get a bit razor happy on my first shave and nicked a couple of places but it was no big deal as I was giving to much pressure. This razor is well worth the price with only one minor complaint. The razor I received weighs only 2.8Oz and the stubby is advertised as 3.7Oz even so I can't wait to use it again tomorrow. if you like what I consider a semi aggressive smooth shave for a thick tough beard then the stubby is worth a try. Response: We are so embarrassed! There was in fact a typo in the product description. We are very sorry about that, and have updated the product description. We're so glad that you're enjoying the razor!
