      Solid build, top latch is too small

      Works great and appears more durage than my last strop. Its the width of the straight razor blade so no need to hold ut at an awkward angle I still havent found anyone who can tell me which side to use when, so i only use the smoother side

      first buy

      I bought a number of items on-line. Afterwards I realized I wanted to add more so I called in to see if I could add to the existing order vs ordering separate and having to pay shipping charges. But it was a Friday afternoon so I had to call back on Monday from work. I did, and the young lady was very helpful and took care of the change. I received my order very quickly (free shipping means priority? ($$)). But the razor I ordered was left out. I took a picture of the items and picklist showing no razor arrived and sent in an email. Email response was very quick and next day was emailed that a razor was sent. However, I also asked if I could add a couple more items onto that shipment, but there was no response to that request. It's been two days since I got the shipment notice, we'll see what arrives in the mail. These are not catastrophes; I am a black belt and run a manufacturing company and warehouse. I know all too well how these things go. But hopefully you will see there are opportunities for improvement: such as after hours customer service, robust process to verify pick lists are complete, and that customer inquiries are responded to. I will do business with you again as I like your products! Great luck!
