OK Beginner Razor

Overall it’s a decent razor. I made this purchase as my previous razor of this type broke when I I dropped it in the sink. The Grim Dollar also needs stropping after 3-4 shaves.

love it!!

i bought it as a gift, not knowing what to expect as a new barber myself. as soon as i opened the packaging it was beautiful, lightweight, and the engraving was perfect. i love the shave set add on, and they loved the gift. i am a little sad it didn’t come with a hone but it did come with a strop which is great!

Great value for great starter

Very pleased with this. Recently got a straight razor “starter kit” as a gift but it didn’t come sharpened. After a little research, for almost the same price as getting mine honed, I bought this razor, professionally honed, and received it faster than getting my original one honed. Awesome job.

First Timer

My first straight razor. Close first shave but the second shave was, well, OK at best. Blade was noticeably somewhat dulled after one use. To be expected I suppose as this was an inexpensive blade.
